Dr. Marcus took his time to examine my eyes, frequently ask questions and make sure I understood everything. His staff also provided exceptional service and helped me look for the perfect glasses. I was very happy with my recent experience with Jemm Optical. I loved their selection of brands and frames, I bought two beautiful pair of glasses, they were ready before the quoted delivery time, the store is pretty and clean, spacious and comfortable to shop in, the staff was helpful without being over-bearing in any way, the final product was provided to me with beautiful cases and cleaning cloths, and I am seeing very nicely, and getting great compliments on how I look too.

I have bought glasses and sunglasses from this store on many occasions and keep coming back because of their large selection and great customer service. They staff is so friendly and helpful with trying to find me the right pair for me. I also love that they have so many different high end brands and styles. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back in the future.

Liz is great. After coming in and letting it slip that I'm color blind, she told me about some glasses that would help me (Enchroma). I tried them on and walked around Freehold - they definitely helped, but I didn't care enough to wear them for more than 20 mins. Big mistake.

I came in again a few weeks later to pick up eye glasses and Liz asked me to give them one more try. This time, for a week at home. I came back after 2 days and purchased two pairs - indoor and outdoor. The results floored me. It took a few hours to adjust to the new colors but once that happened, it was a new world for me. I haven't taken them off since.

I hope Liz is reading this because I can't thank her enough for working with me when I was stubborn. Her recommendations and persistence changed the way I see the world, literally.
